Some families pay $0 a month for their health insurance. Could yours qualify?
Obamacare (ACA) explained plainly: subsidies, enrollment seasons, and plan tiers, with no pressure and no fine print. Checking what you qualify for is free and takes minutes.
*If you qualify: the subsidy is set by your income and household size. In 2026 the extra subsidies in place since 2021 expired, so $0 reaches fewer families than last year. Checking yours is still free — and if you don't qualify, I'll tell you that just as plainly.
See it for yourself, right here
I'm not sending you anywhere: the quoter opens on this same page. With your ZIP code, your family's ages and an estimate of your income, it shows you the real plans in your area with the subsidy already applied.
What it will ask you
- Your ZIP code
- The ages of everyone being covered
- An estimate of your annual income
- A phone number to send you the quote
What it does NOT ask
- Credit card
- Social Security number to get a quote
- Any payment to see it
It opens inside this page. You can stop at any step: your progress is saved.
Stuck on a question? Call me and we'll finish it together.
1-877-401-1777And if you'd rather not do it alone
Plenty of people get this far, open the quoter, and get stuck on the income question, or on who counts as household, or they simply don't want to sign anything without someone reading it to them. That's what I'm for.

Or call me and we'll fill it out together, now
Licensed insurance agent · NPN 17440153 · Lic. TX #3008095
- We fill it out on the phone step by step: you don't need to understand insurance
- It costs you nothing — the insurer pays me and your premium is the same
- I call you once. If you don't pick up I try once more, and that's it. Your number isn't sold
If I can't pick up, I call you back the same day.
I'd rather leave my number and have you call me
Leave me your number and I'll call you
You don't need to understand any of the above to end up with a good plan. On the call we do three things: I check whether you can enroll today, I fill the quoter out with you, and I tell you which plan fits you and which doesn't.
- I call you: no waiting on hold, no asking for time off work
- It costs you nothing — the insurer pays me and your premium is the same
- If you're already well covered, I'll tell you and we leave it there

The five doubts that stop everyone
Are $0-a-month plans real?
Yes, they exist, but not for everyone: it depends on your income, your household and your area. When the subsidy you qualify for matches or exceeds the plan's premium, your monthly payment lands at $0. And watch out for 2026: the enhanced subsidies in place since 2021 expired on December 31, 2025, so it's rarer today than it was a year ago. The only serious way to know is to quote with your real numbers, and that costs nothing.
Is this quoter yours, or another company's?
It's the platform I work with, Plan Salud Familiar, which is why its name sits at the top of the frame. I'm the same licensed agent inside and outside the frame: the quote is under my name and enrollment is completed on a CMS-certified platform, with your explicit authorization.
Do I need to be a citizen to enroll?
No. Citizens qualify, and so do many people with lawful immigration status: permanent residents and several other statuses. The details vary case by case, so if you're unsure about yours, it's better to review it privately before ruling out the benefit.
What if I missed the enrollment deadline?
You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) if you had a life change: you lost your coverage or your job, got married, had a baby, moved, among others. Generally you have 60 days from the event to enroll, so don't let it slide.
How much do you charge me for helping?
Nothing. My work is paid by the insurer and your premium is exactly the same with or without my help. My value is that you review your options in your language, with someone licensed who stands behind what they tell you.
You’re the only thing missing
Ten minutes and you know where you stand: you do them yourself in the quoter above, or we do them together on the phone. Both are free and neither commits you to anything.
I'll do it myself, now
About 10 minutes, from your phone
- Your ZIP code, your family's ages, and an estimate of your income
- You see the real plans in your area with your subsidy already applied
- If one convinces you, you enroll right there
Let's fill it out together
A 10-minute call, in your language
- I ask the questions and fill the quoter out with you
- I check whether your status, your income, or your dates let you in today
- If no plan fits you, I tell you and we leave it there
